Shipping Options

We offer the follow delivery options:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.75)
    We aim to ship your order within 2 - 4 working days. Orders over £40.00 will receive free shipping.

  • Express Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£5.75)


Please note any charm bar orders can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped as this is a fully customised item and is put together by hand.


Europe

  • Standard Shipping - International Tracked from Royal Mail (£10.00)
    We aim to ship your order within 2 - 7 working days. Orders over £60.00 will receive free shipping.

Rest of world

  • Standard Shipping - International Tracked from Royal Mail (£17.00)

Delivery Issues

For UK customers: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a missing or damaged package. Please contact us by emailing orovajewellery@gmail.com

For international customers: We are unable to cover any duties or taxes on international parcels.

Once Royal Mail has passed the package onto the respective countries courier we are unable to assist with lost and delayed packages. It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier. It is also ultimately up to the courier to compensate you on your lost order, however we will do what we can!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Check your spam email if the tracking email does not end up in your main inbox.

Our Returns Policy

We really hope you love your purchase, but we get you might not be completely satisfied. You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of exchange. Items must be unused in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Key Points:

  • UK Returns: To start a return, email us at orovajewellery@gmail.com with your order number and we'll organise your return label.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid returns for international orders.
  • Earrings: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Charm Bar Creations: None-returnable due to the item being unique to you.
  • Sale Items: Non-refunable. Store credit or exchanges only.
  • Fauly Items: If your item is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults (excludes wear and tear).

How to Return an Item

You have 14 days to contact us to return an item. Please email us at orovajewellery@gmail.com with your order number.

We will send you a return label for you to print out and send back to us.

  • Please put all your jewellery in it's original packaging. If not, we reserve the right to decline the refund upon inspection.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping their return within 7 days of receiving our returns label, anything outside of this will not be accepted.
  • Please be aware that earrings are final sale, we cannot accept returns on them due to hygiene reasons. 
  • Please be aware that charm bar creations are final sale, we cannot accept returns on these due to them being unique to you.

Refund Processing + Exchanges

Once we receive your refunded item, we'll process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. There might be a returns delay during holiday periods.

Exchanges

We can only offer exchanges for UK customers. Please email us at orovajewellery@gmail.com to start an exchange.

Faulty + Damaged Items

Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: Broken chains; chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or gemstones. General wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.

The buyer is responsible for shipping their return within 7 days of receiving our returns label, anything outside of this will not be accepted. OROVA will deduct any import tax and duty if an international return is sent to us.

OROVA is not responsible for any additional return shipping costs or customs and duties reimbursement.

OROVA reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

You have 14 days from purchase date to notify us of any faulty items.

This does not include any items worn by customers. The item must be unworn and in it's original packaging.

We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned faulty product from you and confirming the report fault and, in any case, within 14 working days and making that confirmation.

Please note that we reserve the right, in certain jurisdictions, to suspend the granting of refunds during certain periods of the year at which we experience particuarly high demand.

Lost Returns

Should the customer's chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the customer's responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier directly. OROVA is not liable for any lost returns.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation by you:

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. You can return your order once you have received it. Please see our returns policy.

Cancellation by us:

We reserve the right to cancel the contact between you and us if; we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you have ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from to your original payment method as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Do you deliver to PO box addresses?

No, we do not deliver to PO box addresses.
