FAQ's
How many charms can I add?
You can add up to 11 charms on your necklace! Odd numbers work best to create a balanced look as your middle charm will fall in the centre, however if you choose an even number of charms we'll space these out evenly!
Can I swap the charms once it arrives?
No, once attached, the charms cannot be moved or removed from the chain. However you can bring it down to one of our in-store popups if you want to add more or change the charms order free of charge! Find out where we'll be next here!
How do I know the size of the charms?
Our charms are labelled between XL - S sizes, XL being our largest charms and are generally a pendant size and our small charms are best used to balance out your necklace.
What materials do you use?
Our chains are made of only Stainless Steel and are real 18K Gold Plated. Our charms are a mix of Stainless Steel and Brass. This allows us to bring you a wide selection of colourful charms in all different sizes to create your dream charm necklace.
Can I review my order before it’s made or sent?
Yes! At the checkout you can still preview an image of your necklace before completing your purchase. If you need to edit it again, tap the 'Edit' button on the product at checkout page and you'll be able to edit your necklace again.
When will my charm necklace be shipped?
We aim to dispatch your custom charm necklace within 7 days, however depending on the charms you have selected it may take up to 3 weeks to dispatch.
Got any styling tips?
It's totally up to you how you want to create your necklace, all dainty small charms for a minimal look or a super chunky maximalist look.
Generally, it's ideal to place larger charms in the center and smaller ones on the outer edges. Each charm's size is listed in its description from XL - S.
